Nobody has to fill in a holiday form; days off are never counted. Our policy is: “Take as much time as you need, when you need it”, as we trust our team to manage their responsibilities and never disappoint any client.
We reward our ‘idea of the week’ with cake, but caveat that the winner has to bake a cake for the following week. Cake is balanced with a healthy breakfast and fresh fruit, provided every day.
